**Key Responsibilities**:
**Market Research and Lead Generation**:

- Conduct market analysis to identify potential international markets for our products.
- Build and maintain a database of potential clients using B2B platforms, trade directories, and industry contacts.

**Sales Outreach and Business Development**:

- Negotiate terms and close deals with international distributors, agents, and manufacturers.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Maintain strong communication with international clients, addressing inquiries, and providing post-sales support.
- Use CRM tools to track leads, interactions, and conversion rates effectively.

**Market Feedback and Strategy Development**:

- Gather insights from customers about local market trends and preferences.
- Provide actionable feedback to refine product offerings and improve sales strategies.

**Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure proper export documentation, including invoices, shipping papers, and certifications.
- Stay updated with international trade regulations and compliance standards.

**Qualifications**:
**Experience**:

- Minimum 3-5 years in international sales or business development, preferably in industrial packaging or related industries.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in B2B sales platforms.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of international trade practices, including terms and export documentation.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- B2B sales: 1 year (preferred)
