**Job Title: International Sales Executive (Chemical Industry)**

**Reports to: Sales Manager / Business Development Head**

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven **International Sales Executive** to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. As an integral part of the sales department, you will be responsible for expanding our market presence and generating sales opportunities for our chemical products across international markets. This role requires a deep understanding of the chemical industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients worldwide.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct detailed market research to identify new business opportunities in international markets.
- Analyze industry trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and market dynamics to devise effective sales strategies.
- **Sales and Business Development**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in assigned regions.
- Identify and pursue new business prospects, focusing on growing market share in the international markets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key international clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers and assist in resolving product or service-related inquiries.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing our chemical products and solutions.
- **Negotiation and Contract Management**:

- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients in line with company policies.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export documentation, and customs procedures.
- Work closely with internal teams (legal, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth execution of contracts.
- **Sales Reporting and Forecasting**:

- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
- Track performance against sales targets and develop action plans to address any shortfalls.
- Monitor and report on competitors' products, pricing, and sales strategies in international markets.
- **Collaboration and Teamwork**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and logistics to ensure alignment in achieving business objectives.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials and product promotions for international markets.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferably).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in international sales within the chemical industry or related sectors.
- Proven track record of successful sales and business development in international markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Knowledge of export documentation, international trade regulations, and logistics processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
