**Job Title**: Event Sales Intern
**Location**: Mira Road
**Department**: Sales & Event Management
**Reports to**: Event Sales Manager

**Job Summary**:
The Event Sales Intern will assist the sales team in managing client inquiries, providing information on event services, and supporting the overall sales and event coordination process. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in gaining hands-on experience in sales, event planning, and customer relations within the event industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Assist in identifying and generating new leads for corporate events, weddings, social gatherings, and other special occasions.
- **Event Proposals**: Help create and customize proposals, presentations, and contracts for prospective clients.
- **Sales Support**: Support the sales team with scheduling meetings, sending follow-up communications, and tracking potential event clients.
- **Event Coordination**: Assist in event setup, guest list management, and vendor coordination to ensure smooth event execution.
- **Data Management**: Update and maintain CRM databases with client information, event details, and sales progress.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research on industry trends, potential clients, and competitors to support the sales strategy.
- **On-Site Assistance**: Provide on-site support during events, including guest check-ins, vendor coordination, and addressing client needs.
- **Administrative Support**: Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, organizing documents, and preparing reports.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Passion for event planning and customer service.
- Flexibility to work on weekends and evenings, as needed.
