Designation: SeniorManager Sales (Channel Partner)Location: MumbaiKeyResponsibilities:
- AssistCM lead to Identify and on board new channelpartners
- Provide support and training topartners to ensure success
- Review theperformance of existing partners and connect to improve the funnelsales and revenue
- Develop and maintain strongrelationships with partners and work closely with them to achievemutual goals
- Collaborate with the sales team toalign sales and channel efforts
- Monitorindustry trends and stay uptodate on competitors and marketconditions
- Create and manage channel partnerbudgets and forecasts
- Develop and implementchannel partner programs such as training marketing andincentives
- Measure and report on theperformance of channel partners using metrics such as sales andrevenue
- Identify and resolve conflicts andchallenges within the channel
- Provide supportand guidance to partners on product and solutionofferings
- Attend industry events andconferences to build relationships and promote thecompany
- Perform on groundroadshows
- Go getter and hustler on followups.
- 5 yearsof experience in channel management orsales.
- Bachelors degree in business or relatedfield.
