JobDescription: As a Senior FieldMarketing Manager your role will be to develop and executestrategic marketing plans and coordinate various events for orgglobally to promote and enhance brand visibility and drive businessgrowth. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of fieldmarketing and event management from conceptualization to executionwhile ensuring alignment with the overall marketing objectives andcompany goals. This is a dynamic and fastpaced role that requiresstrong organizational communication and leadershipskills.KeyResponsibilities: StrategicPlanning:
Develop and implement comprehensive fieldmarketing and event strategies aligned with overall marketinggoals.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams todefine marketing objectives and develop integrated marketingcampaigns.
EventManagement:
Plan organize and execute a wide range ofevents such as trade shows conferences new service launches andsponsorships.
Experience running large customerconclaves with a significant budget upwards of$250k
Coordinate event logistics including venueselection vendor management budgeting andscheduling.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders andexternal partners to ensure successful event execution and seamlesscustomerexperiences.
BrandPromotion:
Develop and manage promotional materialscollateral customer swags and event signage to maintain consistentbrandmessaging.
Monitor market trends and find innovativeways to promote the brand during large tradeshows conferences andother events not settle for run off the millideas.
Coordinate with channel partners and eventorganizers to secure enhanced brand visibility for org as ananalytics industry leader through tech talks thought leadershiparticles and otherplatforms.
RelationshipBuilding:
Cultivate and maintain relationships withkey industry influencers partners and vendors to leveragepartnerships for marketinginitiatives.
Collaborate with sales teams to understandcustomer needs and provide marketing support to drive leadgeneration and customeracquisition.
Act as a brand ambassador andrepresentative at events fostering positive relationships withcustomers andprospects.
MetricsandReporting:
Create trackers and establish keyperformance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and ROIof marketing activities andevents.
Analyze data and generate reports tomarketing campaign performance identify areas for improvement andmake datadrivenrecommendations.You ll be a greatfit for this role if youhave/are: Bachelors degree in Marketing BusinessAdministration or a related field (or equivalentexperience).12 15 years of proven experience in fieldmarketing event management or relatedroles.Strong project management skills with theability to manage multiple eventssimultaneously.Excellent written and verbal communicationskills with the ability to present ideas and conceptseffectively.Creative mindset with the ability todevelop innovative marketing strategies andconcepts.Proficient in using MarTechtools.Strong interpersonal andrelationshipbuildingskills.Ability to work independently andcollaboratively in a teamenvironment.Willingness to travel and work flexiblehours as needed.What can oneexpect in thisrole Near Zero handholding absolute autonomywhich means stakes arehighExciting opportunity to grow in a companythat is hyperscalingNot the usual Marketing setup which meansgoing beyond the fence to accomplishthingsAbility to learn and scale fast if in theright mindsetAs a Senior FieldMarketing and Events Manager you will play a crucial role inenhancing brand driving customer engagement and generating leadsthrough effective field marketing strategies and event management.Your ability to think strategically execute flawlessly and creatememorable experiences will contribute to the overall success andgrowth of the organization.
