JobDescription Roles &Responsibilities The ManagerSales is in charge of developing business solutions. The main goalis to generate more revenue for the company. They will manageclient accounts and come up with new sales ideas. This includes newsales strategies sales pitches and business plans. The incumbentwill be a gogetter and will utilize all the support that thecompany can provide to develop a rich pipeline of great prospectsthrough a combination of inbound lead follow up and outbound email& call prospecting. The incumbent shall thrive onrelationshipbased sales and will be a selfstarting team player whowill focus on driving growth with new and existingaccounts.
KeyRoles andResponsibilities
  • Prospectfor potential new clients and turn this into increasedbusiness.
  • Acquisition of new clients to managetheir HCM & HR Consultingrequirements.
  • Should map potential customersand generate leads; Responsible for brand promotion and leadconversions
  • Responsible for post sales servicesand client relationship management
  • Research andbuild relationships with new clients.
  • Developa growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customersatisfaction.
  • Managing and retainingrelationships with existing clients and increasing clientbase.
  • Arrange business meetings withprospective clients.
  • Promote the companysproducts/services addressing or predicting clientsobjectives.
  • Writing business proposals& Negotiating withstakeholders.
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuringadherence to lawestablished rules andguidelines.
  • Conduct research to identify newmarkets and customer needs.
  • Keep records ofsales revenue invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthyfeedback and aftersalessupport.

Qualification&Experience
  • Bachelor sdegree in business marketing or related field.
  • 8 10 years relevant experience in Sales / Marketing / BD of HCM andother products & services

  • Ability tounderstand Payroll HRIS; Legal and ComplianceServices
