Assistant Manager HR-MIS

Responsibilties:
HR MIS Functions:
Lead the development implementation and maintenance of HRMIS systems.
Generate comprehensive reports onkey HR metrics including attendance turnover and other relevantdata.
Conduct regular audits to ensure dataaccuracy and compliance with internal policies andregulations.
Collaborate with HR and otherdepartments to understand reporting requirements and provideactionable insights.
Data Management:
Oversee the management and maintenance of employeedatabases ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Implement and enforce data security measures to safeguardsensitive HR information.
Compliance:
Stayinformed about relevant laws and regulations pertaining to HR datamanagement.
Prepare and submit HR reports toregulatory authorities ensuring compliance with legalrequirements.
Training and Support:
Provide training and support to HR staff and otherendusers on the effective use of MIS tools and systems.
Address and resolve any issues related to HR MIS systemspromptly.
Qualifications:
PostGraduate degree in MSW or a related field.
Minimum 78 years of experience in HR MISfunctions.
Proven expertise in Time AttendanceSoftware particularly MATRIX.
Experience in SAPand Power BI for HR processes and reporting.
Previous exposure to managing HR MIS incompanies
MISSoftware Expertise:
Proficient inutilizing Time Attendance Software specifically MATRIX.
Handson experience in SAP for HR processes and datamanagement.
Competent in utilizing Power BI fordata visualization reporting and analysis.
