- Manage the recruitment andonboarding process including creating job descriptions andconducting interviews
- Oversee employeerelations including conflict resolution and disciplinaryactions
- Ensure compliance with employment lawsand regulations
- Conduct performance managementand improvement systems
- Develop and monitoroverall HR strategies systems tactics and procedures across theorganization
- Assess training needs to apply andmonitor training programs
- Support current andfuture business needs through the development engagement motivationand preservation of human capital
- Create andmanage HR budgets
- Support the development andimplementation of HR policies andprocedures
- Maintain knowledge of legalrequirements and government reporting regulations affecting HRfunctions
- Support and lead employee benefitprograms
- Handle employee grievances disputes orconcerns
- Manage the HR team and ensure they areequipped to support the organizationeffectively
- Represent the company in variousprofessional settings
- Bachelors degree inHuman Resources Business Administration or relevantfield
- Proven work experience as an HR Manageror similar role
- Demonstrated experience with HRmetrics and KPIs
- Strong understanding of laborlegislation and employment laws
- Proficient inHR software and tools
- Excellent leadership andcommunication skills
- Ability to architectstrategy along with leadership skills
- Indepthknowledge of HR best practices
- Experience inmanaging a diverse team
- Proven track record ofsuccessful HR program execution
- Excellentproblemsolving and decisionmaking skills
- Strongorganizational and time management skills
- HRCertification (e.g. SHRMCP or PHR) is aplus
- Advanced MS Officeskills
- Proven success in managing HRinitiatives to drive organizationalgoals
