Opportunity with an Esteemed Client Company of Sanskruti Solutions (US Based Research Company Into Selling DNA Based Diagnostic Tests In Personalized Cancer Genomics Field):
Position: Area Sales Manager (Experienced in Oncology Segment & Meeting Medical Oncologists Doctors) - - - Immediate Joiners Needed.
Open HQ Positions: Ahmedabad (01), Hyderabad (01), Bengaluru (01), Delhi - NCR (01) & Kolkata (01). The ideal candidate should have strong relations with Medical Oncologist Doctors in those respective business territories.
Positions for Jaipur, Chennai, Chandigarh / Ludhiana, Mumbai HQ can also be created depending on the suitability of the right candidate.
Team Role: No, it is an individual contributor role to start the business territory for the company and based on the candidate’s performance, the company will be planning for assigning the team under this position.
CTC Targeted: 4 - 10 Lacs per annum (Gross CTC) + Field Allowances as per company's existing policy structure.
Work Experience Criteria:
We are looking for someone who wants to change the lives of cancer patients.
We are looking for the Area Sales Manager to take on a new role, building revenue and managing the Sales Team for the assigned business markets.
Min. 2 - 7 years of Sales experience in Pharma / Diagnostic Segment with the dedicated focus to Oncology Division only. (The ideal candidate needs to have good contacts / relationships with Medical Oncologist Doctors in his / her assigned business territories)
Role Responsibilities:
· Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
· Explain and facilitate adoption of the company’s tests by Oncologists for prescription on a regular basis.
· Allocates yearly forecast among individual sales territories. Monitors and reports monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts against the plan.

· Ability to grasp and explain complex scientific concepts.
· Technical proficiency and problem-solving skills.
