Role Summary

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Executive-Sales & Marketing at UB Heritage in Ahmedabad. The Sr. Executive will assist in sales and marketing efforts for residential/commercial projects, supporting revenue growth and brand visibility.


Key Responsibilities: -


Sales

1. Support sales teams in lead generation and follow ups.

2. Client presentations & pitch, including sales closing and customer onboarding.

3. Regular updating of CRM, various sales records and documentation.

4. Making sales MIS and management review presentations.

5. Research market trends and competitor analysis.

6. Expand customer base through calling and referrals.

7. Build, manage and grow relationships with channel partners.


Marketing

1. Assist in campaign planning and execution.

2. Assist in Co-ordination with various agencies for SMM and other content.

3. Update marketing materials (brochures, website content).

4. Coordinate events, exhibitions and open houses.


Experience

• Minimum 5-6 years in sales and marketing, preferably in real estate.

• Mandatory 3 years in real estate.


Skills

• Excellent communication (English & Hindi/Gujarati), negotiation skills.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and time management skills.

• Knowledge of numbers in real estate market.

• Knowledge of real estate market trends and basic regulations.
