Job Summary:


- We are seeking an experienced Channel Head with 5-7 years of expertise in real estate sales and channel management.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding the agency's network of channel partners, fostering strong relationships, and driving sales to achieve revenue targets.

- This role requires a proactive leader who can design and implement strategies to increase channel engagement and ensure the effective execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage relationships with channel partners, including real estate brokers, sales agents, and other industry stakeholders.

- Formulate and execute channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet organizational targets.

- Conduct regular training, guidance, and performance reviews for the channel sales team to ensure high standards of productivity and professionalism.

- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and channel partner performance to inform strategic decisions.

- Identify, onboard, and nurture new channel partners while maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing partners.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to support channel partners with marketing materials, sales tools, and promotional campaigns.

- Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and industry regulations within all channel activities.

- Prepare reports on channel performance, sales projections, and operational metrics to present to senior management.

- Provide input for improving customer experience and operational processes based on feedback from partners and clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- MBA is a plus.

- 5-7 years of experience in channel sales, business development, or real estate, preferably within a mandate agency or real estate brokerage.

- Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships in the real estate sector.

- Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, sales cycles, and partner relationship management.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven approach.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
