Job Role:
- The primary responsibility of the individual would be engaging with Distributors (Independent Financial Advisors) and drive sales through them for the specified region.
- The individual should be able to enlarge the scope of existing Distributor relationships and penetrate deeper into the Non-Active Distributors & achieve Maximum Market Share for allocated Distributors.
- The candidate will be responsible for team handling and should be able to plan, organize, communicate and monitor sales and support team and develop the team through conflict resolution & training.
- Develop relationship management with partners and conduct brand building exercises that enhance visibility and goodwill of the organization.
- Understanding the dynamic Distribution Business model & mobilizing sales accordingly.
- Planning & executing activities/tie-ups to drive sales through respective channels.
- Updating Distributors of financial markets, Mutual Fund products & services.
- Maintain superior Sales Support & services for higher market share.
Job Requirements:
8 years+ of relevant sales experience in AMC
Proven track record of client value creation
Exemplary communication and client engagement skills
Post-Graduation in Marketing / Finance
