We are searching for an exceptional HR Generalist with strong experience in IT Services industry, who will not only manage HR functions within our IT group but also provide strategic leadership to drive organizational success.

This role demands a unique blend of HR expertise, technical acumen, and strong leadership skills to support our IT workforce and contribute to our company's growth and development

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives and IT department goals.
  • Handling and maintaining payrolls.
  • Fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with senior IT leaders to anticipate HR-related challenges and develop proactive solutions to address them.
  • Coordinate among company's different delivery centers across countries to ensure alignment and consistency in HR practices.
  • Lead the recruitment and retention efforts for IT team members, ensuring a diverse and talented workforce.
  • Champion initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and career development opportunities within the IT department.
  • Identify high-potential talent and create succession plans to support future leadership needs.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to IT managers and team members on employee relations matters, promoting a positive work environment and resolving conflicts effectively.
  • Oversee the performance management process within the IT department, providing guidance on goal setting, performance feedback, and coaching.
  • Lead investigations into employee complaints or disciplinary issues, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with HR laws, regulations, and company policies, mitigating risk and promoting a culture of ethical conduct.
  • Conduct audits and assessments to identify compliance gaps and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Stay informed about emerging HR trends and legal developments, proactively advising IT leadership on potential impacts and opportunities.
  • Drive the implementation and optimization of HR technology solutions within the IT department, leveraging data and analytics to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.
  • Collaborate with IT colleagues to evaluate, select, and integrate HRIS platforms and tools that meet the department's needs and support strategic objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. (Master's degree preferred)
  • Proven leadership experience for more than 6 years in HR, with a focus on IT service industry.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations, with a track record of implementing innovative HR solutions.
  • Experience in IT talent acquisition and identifying staffing needs for the organisation.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and influence others to achieve common goals.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate future trends and develop proactive HR strategies.
  • Technical proficiency or familiarity with IT systems, applications, and infrastructure is a plus.
