Job Description

As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) you will be a key contributor to our organization's success by aligning HR initiatives with business objectives and fostering a culture of excellence and engagement. You will serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, providing guidance on all aspects of HR, including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and develop HR strategies that support business goals. Partner with the HR team to design and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent in the industry. Provide coaching and support to managers on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures. Lead performance management initiatives, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning. Drive organizational development and change management efforts to enhance employee engagement and productivity. Partner with the Learning and Development team to identify training needs and develop programs to support employee growth and development. Analyse HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance organizational effectiveness. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR, and proactively recommend innovative solutions to address business challenges.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred. 8 to 10 years of experience in HR, with a focus on HRBP or generalist roles. Proven track record of partnering with business leaders to drive HR initiatives and achieve business objectives. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions to complex HR issues which are in line with business. High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality. Industry experience : FMCG, Consumer goods, Travel & Tourism preferred. Immediate Joiners preferred.
