Weare seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP)to join our team. The HRBP will play a key role in aligning HRstrategies with business objectives providing strategic HR supportto assigned business units or departments and drivingorganizational effectiveness and employee engagement initiatives.The ideal candidate will have 810 years of HR experience with aproven track record in HRBP roles and a deep understanding of HRbestpractices.
Responsibilities: ChangeManagement and OrganizationalDevelopment:
- Leadchange management initiatives to support organizationaltransformation including mergers acquisitions and restructurings byproviding change leadership and communicationsupport.
- Drive organizational developmentinterventions to enhance team effectiveness leadershipeffectiveness and organizational culture alignment with companyvalues.
- Interpret andimplement HR policies procedures and compliance requirementsensuring adherence to regulations and industrystandards.
- AnalyseHR metrics and trends to identify insights drive decisionmaking anddevelop actionable recommendations for improving HR processes andpractices.
- Identify trainingneeds develop training programs and facilitate workshops orseminars to enhance employee skills knowledge andperformance.
- Engagementthrough initiatives such as surveys feedback mechanisms recognitionprograms and employee wellnessinitiatives.
- Buildstrong relationships with managers and stakeholders providing HRexpertise guidance and support on peoplerelated matters.Strategic HRPartnership:
- Collaborate with senior leadershipand business unit heads to understand business objectives andtranslate them into HR strategies andinitiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor tobusiness leaders providing guidance on HRrelated matters andproactively identifying opportunities to improve organizationaleffectiveness.
- Ensurecompliance with HR policies procedures and legal requirements andprovide guidance on HRrelated regulations andlegislation.
- Partner with HR Shared Servicesteams to deliver seamless HR services including payroll benefitsadministration and HRISmanagement.
- Bachelorsdegree in Human Resources Management Business Administration orrelated field; MBA from a premier institutepreferred.
- 810 years of progressive HRexperience with at least 67 years in an HRBP or strategic HRrole.
- Strong business acumen and understandingof organizational dynamics with the ability to influence and advisesenior leaders.
- Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills with the ability to build effectiverelationships and collaborate across all levels of theorganization.
- Demonstrated ability to drive HRinitiatives and programs that support business objectives andenhance employee engagement andretention.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MSOffice Suite.
