Human Resources Generalist at Cognitio Analytics

The Role:

We are searching for a motivated HR Generalist to join our growing team.

As a key member of the HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting our employees and ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

You will wear many hats, handling a variety of HR domains from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and Support in managing different stages of recruitment process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating background checks.


  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive firstday experience.
  • Administer and communicate employee benefits programs, including health insurance, paid time off etc
  • Maintain accurate employee records/database in MIS and HR systems
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on various HRrelated matters, such as leave requests, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and recommend new policies/processes as necessary
  • Participate in HR initiatives and projects as assigned.
  • Manage HR Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 45 years of experience as an HR Generalist or a similar role.
  • Good understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment law.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Keenness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good problemsolving skills
  • Detailoriented and highly organized.
