HR Generalist job responsibilities but not limited to:
Recruitment – To be managed through different channels including online network (LinkedIn), Job Portal (Naukri) or Agencies. Pre-screening and telephonic screening of the profiles and forwarding to the concerned team. Back & forth communication with the team & candidates during the entire process of closing the position. Attendance & Leave Management – Pulling out monthly reports on attendance & sharing the final payroll inputs. Administering attendance/leaves through HRIS as required. HR Policies & Procedures – Framing & Implementation of employee manual covering company policies, disciplinary procedures, code of conduct and other related information. Employees Records – Creating & maintaining employees database & documentation. Performance management – Creating Review Cycle (Annually & Quarterly) and checking on all the related workflows timely to get through the process smoothly through HRIS. HRIS Backend Handle (As an admin) – Formalising all the processes including setting Leave types, HR Policies, Attendance & Leave check, Reframing Performance review format entirely as well as the changes required during Quarterly review process, Reframing the employee profile to increase the efficiency of data, managing entire employee lifecycle in HRIS (onboarding, profiling, leave setup, review, resignation, exit interview, offboarding). HR Reports & Records – Maintaining Reports such as HRMIS (Including appraisal record), RnR Report (Including Vouchers data & service history), Recruitment Record (Including screening & Interview history of all candidates), Employee Docs Report (Including documents submission details of employees) etc. Releasing HR related documents – Including Appointment Letter, Appraisal Letter, Revised Stackup, Relieving Letter, Employment Proof Letter etc. SOPs & Workflows – Created a few SOPs/Workflows including Recruitment, Selection & Onboarding process, HRIS Guide on Review process and automated workflow etc. Employee Engagement-
