About the internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Research organizations and roles

2. Understand the criteria of roles and industries

3. Source candidates for various roles

4. Build proper databases of the senior-level talent pool

5. Understand the recruitment processes and help in various stages

6. Work on industry-wide mapping for recruitment

7. Maintain ZOHO database with updated and accurate descriptions of candidates

Important:

1. We are looking for interns who are keen to build a career in the recruitment space. This is a paid internship to be converted to a full-time role so please apply only if you have an interest in joining us full-time in Gurgaon later

2. Please do not apply if you are looking for part-time internships or are still pursuing your graduation

3. Please note that this will not have any component of HR generalist. So do not apply if you are keen on an HR generalist or HR coordinator profile. we will teach you how to evaluate CVs and profiles and learn about new roles

4. The ideal candidates would like to join us full-time post-internship. We prefer fresh MBAs but are open to graduates as well

6. We are open to offering hybrid-based models for the internship but job will only be full-time office-based
