Recruitment Internship

About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Post jobs and advertisements across various platforms, including job boards, social media, and university career portals
2. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions
3. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles
4. Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
5. Update and maintain our applicant tracking system to ensure accurate candidate records
6. Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed
7. Fetch and share a minimum of 7-8 resumes in a day

Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 12th May'24 and 16th Jun'24
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Gurgaon and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests

Stipend:INR ₹ 7,000 /month
