Role:

Operations managers ensure the seamless and timely execution of a company's operations. They manage people, core operations, budgets, project delivery, and corporate strategy. These managers are accountable for fostering the growth and development of their managed teams, contributing significantly to an organization's sustainable growth.

 

Purpose of the Post:

The post holder will report to and collaborate closely with the Director Operation for the development and delivery of the account. He will be responsible for the preparation, implementation and monitoring of all day-to-day activities and communicate to update all the stakeholders of status for the account.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manager will be responsible for managing/ recording detailed customer requirements, constraints, and assumptions with stakeholders in order to establish the project deliverables.
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation to meet strategic goals.
  • Conduct staff performance reviews, assess needs, cost/benefit analysis and other operational strategy assessments.
  • Ensure that the highest standard of service delivery in terms of productivity and quality as per the defined Service Level Agreement with Client in coordination with the process leads.
  • Display effective and professional communication with internal and external customers.
  • Contribute to the development of strategies for the implementation and improvement of the process.
  • Data analysis and creating metrics-based strategies.
  • Build business analysis report, volume forecasting, MIS and measure the revenue generated from service delivery by operations.
  • Will be responsible for maintaining up to date information on relevant databases and the monitoring and auditing of same for the account.
  • Always adhere to all HIPAA and confidentiality policies.

 

Note: This description is not restrictive, and the post holder may be required to carry out other duties as requested by the Account Director.

Candidate Profile:

  • 1+ years of experience as Manager Operation of healthcare processes, preferably in Indexing and Adjudication of claims.
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare process and approx. 7-10 years of overall experience of the BPO industry.
  • Excellent communication, and customer management skills to maintain positive customer relations.
  • Should have a span of 50+ resources.
  • Business analysis, volume forecasting, MIS and measure the revenue.
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Good knowledge of client-specific process rules and regulatory requirements
  • Proficiency in Office 365, presentation tools, & video conference tools
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.

Work Timings: Scheduled shifts: Monday - Friday, 9:30 p.m. - 7:30 a.m. IST
