Expanding our team at NIIT Limited, we are actively seeking an accomplished IT Program Manager with a background in BPO/IT Domain. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in managing projects, coupled with proficiency in MS Office and related productivity tools, particularly Excel. A solid capability in Excel and data management is essential due to the program's extensive data handling requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Possesses a background in Learning and Development, with experience in managing projects.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in MS Office and related productivity tools, particularly Excel. A strong capability in Excel and data management is crucial due to the program's extensive data handling requirements.
  • Strong powerpoint skills
  • Should have handled data of minimum people
  • Budget is 50K-72K(Depending on experience)
  • Detail-oriented with a well-organized approach
  • Exhibits a robust capacity for task ownership and the ability to independently drive tasks to completion.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong in managing work pressure and meets deadlines consistently
  • . Develop and maintain detailed program plans, including timelines, milestones etc.
  • Monitor program performance, identify risks to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Facilitate regular meetings, including status updates, strategy sessions, and stakeholder reviews.
  • Data preparation Excel, Power BI, Power point etc.
  • Design and maintain dashboards and trackers to monitor program performance and key metrics using advanced excel skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree 5+ years of experience in program management
  • Proficient in Advanced Excel
  • Strong communication, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills

Liaison with Internal Teams & Stakeholders:

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of program components
