If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you Join our team as a Customer Experience Manager - Housekeeping at Sri Sri College of Ayurvedic Hospital and Research Hospital.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assign duties to members of the housekeeping staff, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Inspect the environment within the organization to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Develop minimum standards for the department and rating the work of team members.
  • Listen to customers' feedback and promptly address any concerns or complaints.
  • Act as a backup for staff members who are unavailable to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Oversee the timely and proper cleaning of dirty laundry.
  • Manage inventory and place orders for housekeeping supplies.
  • Optimize the efficient use of departmental resources.
  • Direct all housekeeping activities and maintain a well-functioning team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other units within the organization.

Skills Sets:

  • Passionate about maintaining a hygienic environment.
  • Strong mathematical skills to accurately mix cleaning agents as per manufacturer's prescriptions.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to take initiative and lead a team effectively.
  • Knowledge of equipment sterilization processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Housekeeping management experience will be considered in lieu of appropriate certification.
  • Attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Excellent listening and teamwork skills.
  • Good diplomatic and punctuality skills, setting an example for employees.
