WhyIntelloHire Pvt LtdWe areseeking a dynamic and resultsdriven exentrepreneur/ business personto oversee our global sales operations. As the earlystage foundingmember you will be responsible for strategizing and executingoutbound sales/marketing initiatives to grow the business. You willlead a team of dedicated sales professionals and customer successand work closely with crossfunctional teams (Marketing/ Tech) togrow overall business while also ensuring customer satisfaction andaddressing any productrelatedescalations.
Whatwill I do
  • Develop andexecute a comprehensive global sales strategy that aligns withIntellohires growth objectives.
  • Lead and managea highperforming sales team providing guidance coaching andmentorship to achieve sales quotas andtargets.
  • Identify and target potentialcustomers primarily in the US/UK market through cold callingprospecting and networking.
  • Build and nurturerelationships with key decisionmakers and founders of staffingagencies to understand their needs and present Intellohires valueproposition.
  • Conduct negotiations close dealsand ensure smooth contractprocessing.
  • Collaborate with marketing andproduct teams to align messaging and drive demandgenerationefforts.
  • Provide timely and effective solutionsto customer escalations and issues addressing concerns on acasebycase basis.
  • Analyze market trendscompetitive landscape and customer feedback to drive continuousimprovement in sales strategies and productofferings.

Whatskills should Ihave
  • Bachelors degreein Business Marketing or a related field; MBA is aplus.
  • Ready to work in US Shift (8 pm 5am)
  • Ready to relocate toGurugram
  • Min6 months of experience in the US Market in Lead Generation and ColdCalling
  • Proven track record ofsuccess in a global sales role within the SaaS or technologyindustry.
  • Extensive experience in outboundsales including cold calling lead generation and dealclosure.
  • Exceptional communication negotiationand interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadershipqualities with the ability to inspire and guide a sales team tomeet and exceed targets.
  • Strategic thinker witha customercentric approach and the ability to understand andaddress customer pain points.
  • Analyticalmindset capable of using data to drive sales strategies anddecisions.
  • Willingness to work in a fastpaceddynamic startupenvironment.
