Roles &Responsibilities: CustomerService:
Greet customers and visitors warmlyas they enter the store.
Assist customers with inquiriesproviding information about products services andpromotions.
Direct customers to the relevant departmentsor sales associates for assistance.
Handle customercomplaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues asneeded.
ReceptionManagement:
Manage the reception area ensuringit is clean organized and wellpresented at all times.
Answer incoming phone calls take messages and transfer calls to theappropriate staff members.
Respond to emails andcorrespondence in a timely and courteous manner.
Schedule appointments meetings and store events asrequested.
Administrative Support:
Assist withvarious administrative tasks including data entry filing anddocument management.
Prepare and distribute memosnotices and other communications to store staff.
Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders whennecessary.
Assist with basic accounting tasks such asprocessing payments and maintaining petty cash.
Cash Handling:
Process cash transactions accurately including receiving paymentsfrom customers.
Balance the cash register at thebeginning and end of each shift ensuring accuracy.
Maintain confidentiality and security of cash and financialtransactions.
TeamCollaboration:
Collaborate with store managerssales associates and other team members to ensure seamlessoperations.
Communicate effectively with colleagues torelay important information or updates.
Provide supportto other departments as needed including assisting with sales andinventory tasks during busy periods.
