Weare looking for a Remote Receptionist to assist answering phonecalls and managing clients or customer concerns. A RemoteReceptionist provides basic customer service by taking messagesforwarding them to the correct person and schedulingappointments.
Tobe successful in this role you will need excellent written andverbal communication skills as well as competency in MicrosoftOffice applications such as Word and Excel. Prior experience as areceptionist is alsohelpful.
Responsibilities:

• Answeringphones in a professional manner and routing calls asnecessary.
• Assisting with a variety ofadministrative tasks including copying taking notes and makingtravel plans.
• Schedulingappointments.
• Preparing meetings and rooms asnecessary.
• Assisting colleagues withadministrative tasks.
• Provide excellentcustomer service.

Requirements:

• Priorexperience as a receptionist or relevant role is aplus.
• Excellent phone email and instantmessaging communication skills.
• Familiaritywith current technologies like desktop sharing cloud services andVoIP preferred
• Competency in Microsoftapplications including Word Excel andOutlook.
• Experience with administrative andclerical procedures.
• Excellent written andverbal communication skills.
• Solid timemanagementskills
