Roles and Responsibilities

  • Generating leads through Outbound calls &scheduling appointments in companies only
  • Contact potential clients via cold calling email orsocial media
  • Understanding customer needs andrequirements & Identifying sales opportunities.
  • Schedule appointments between qualified prospects and thesales team
  • Maintaining a record of daytodaycalls and sales activities.
  • Maintain andexpand your database of prospects with customerinformation.

Desired Candidate ProfileRequirements

  • Preferred only Femalecandidates
  • Min 1 year workexperience
  • High school diploma or Bachelorsdegree in any field
  • Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency inMicrosoft Office
  • Good telephoneetiquettes
  • Impressive multitasking andproblemsolving abilities
  • Highly motivatedindividual
  • Ability to work independently andcollaboratively
  • Ability to offer excellentcustomer service
