Job Description:

We are currently looking for a driven and enthusiastic person to be part of our team as an Appointment Setter. As an Appointment Setter, your main task will be to manage the scheduling of appointments for our sales team by reaching out to potential clients through various communication channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to potential clients via cold calls, emails, and other communication methods to introduce our products/services.
  • Evaluate leads to determine their interest and availability for appointments.
  • Coordinate appointments for our sales team based on client preferences and availability.
  • Keep detailed records of appointments and client interactions in our CRM system.
  • Ensure a smooth handover of appointments by communicating effectively with the sales team.
  • Exceed weekly and monthly appointment setting targets.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in appointment setting or a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Effective persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Capability to work independently and remotely.
  • Proficient in CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Professionalism and reliability are a must.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
