JobDescription:
Weare seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join ourteam as an Appointment Setter. As an Appointment Setter yourprimary responsibility will be to schedule appointments for oursales team by contacting potential clients via phone email or othercommunicationchannels.
Responsibilities:
1.Contact potential clients through cold calls emails and othercommunication methods to introduce ourproducts/services.2. Qualify leads anddetermine their interest and availability forappointments.3. Schedule appointments forour sales representatives based on availability and clientpreferences.4. Maintain accurate anduptodate records of appointments and client interactions in our CRMsystem.5. Communicate effectively with thesales team to ensure smooth scheduling and handover ofappointments.6. Meet or exceed weekly andmonthly appointment settingtargets.
Requirements:
1.Proven experience in appointment setting or a similarrole.2. Excellent communication skills bothverbal and written.3. Strong persuasive andnegotiation skills.4. Ability to workindependently and remotely.5. Proficiency inusing CRM software and other relevanttools.6. A high level of professionalism andreliability.7. A positive attitude andwillingness to learn andadapt.
