We are working with a leadingOutsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit aNorwegianspeaking Video Content Analyst for their office in Lisbon.The employee would watch reported videos on a wellknown streamingplatform and would make decisions regarding theirbanning. Location:Lisbon PortugalEmployment type:FulltimeRemuneration: BasesalaryDUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Reviewuser reports regarding video content on a streamingplatform
  • Review sensitive content sometimesinvolving graphic or disturbing subjectmatter
  • Remove inappropriatecontent
  • Make wellbalanced decisions and helpresolve inquiries to defined policies andprocedures
REQUIREMENTS:
  • ProfessionallyFluent in Norwegian both oral and written. Fluent in English (atleast B2 level)
  • Able to cover weekly shiftrotation including night shifts
  • Tolerancesensitive content in videos
  • Quick learner andadaptable to learn new processes concepts andskills
  • Analytical mindset with strong attentionto detail
  • Able to objectively evaluate andclassify the content
