Our department provides quality timely andcomprehensive data and our Data Analyst perform the key tasks indata collection maintenance and processing. We cater to the needsof both internal and external clients who use our data in makingsound and efficient business analysis and decisions and inevaluating the global mining sector and metals market withessential intelligence. The analyst would be utilizing our own worktools. They would be responsible in the daily maintenance of thedata sets.What s in it foryou:

  • ApplyingGeology understanding while capturing data from different sourcesof publicly available data from Annual Reports Technical ReportsDrill Results Feasibility Study.

Responsibilities:
  • Performsstraightforward standalone tasks or transactions within detailedinstructions and predefinedprocedures
  • Responsible for entering and editingdata in work tools as per specified guidelines andchecklists
  • Captures comprehensive informationon the data tracked by the Metals Mining Industry ContentDepartment.
  • Creates reports of work performedduring the day via reporting tools. This process will also involveextracting and validating data errors
  • Reviewsfeedback involving their content to help correct errors andestablish or refine procedures and processes to improveaccuracy
  • Deliver on predefined individual andteam targets including delivering outcomes with quality andexcellence
  • Works within own team; may interactwith other related teams. Works with supervisor and team members tounderstand processes and procedure
  • Works withother related teams to complete tasks assigned to them. Will workwithin parameters and with supervision to ensure quality andperformance to set standards
  • Keeps uptodate inknowledge of content sets. Builds Mining industry knowledge andreporting standard.
  • Increase learning byaccomplishing Learning Xchange LinkedIn Learning modules as well asmodules for policy compliance
  • Fostersinnovation by identifying enhancement initiatives that support ourLEAN philosophy
  • Contributes to the achievementof personal and teamobjective

  • Thecandidate should be willing to work in rotational (including night)shifts. Ability to multitask and work in a team environment whilefollowing flexible schedule to meetdeadlines.
  • Effective communication skill(written Verbal) and sound computer skills are the prerequisitesfor the positions.
