- Post SalesClient coordination and feedbackcollection.
- Organise transport staff trainingsat client premises.
- Ensure accurate and timelyavailability of reports that throw light on our service quality&performance.

- Postsales client coordination.
- Email/ Phonecoordination with clients asrequired.
- Periodically visit clients in personand collect feedback.
- Organise transport stafftrainings at client premises.
- Collaborate withother managers to prepare a trainingcalendar.
- Obtain required permissions inadvance and organise trainings.
- Collecttraining feedback and photographs.
- Checkreports
- Coordinate & manage back officeexecutives to collect reports.
- Verify andanalyse them.
- Presentdata.
PreRequisites:
- Experiencewith in person client interactions.
- Experiencewith Excel
- Good email communicationskills.
- Proven ability to coordinate &organiseevents.
