Manager to jointhe highly motivated and global PMO team in India to facilitate thesmooth running
of the PMO operations and the drive forexcellence across the large portfolio of DTO.
The roleof "Associate PMO Manager Digital Transformation"is pivotal to the successful execution
of our ConsumerHealth Digital Strategy. This individual will assume responsibilityfor ensuring the
seamless operation of PMO functionswith a particular focus on Resource and VendorManagement.
As an integral member of the digitaltransformation PMO team the incumbent will collaborate
closely with peers to drive various aspects of program andportfolio management office initiatives.
Serving as thesingle point of contact (SPOC) and subject matter expert (SME) fora substantial team
of resources and vendors they willspearhead digital advancements within this sphere ofoperation.
Moreover the individual will take charge ofleading and participating in comprehensive financial and
resource project allocation reviews providing critical insights tothe broader leadership team. This
multifaceted roledemands a keen eye for detail adept management skills and aproactive approach
to driving digital evolution withinour organization. AdditionalResponsibilities Collaborate closely withhiring managers and leadership to align resource and
financial allocations with the strategic plan of theDTO.
Develop implement and refine PMO resource andvendor management
processes to ensure optimalefficiency.
Craft engaging materials for dynamicleadership presentations synthesizing
complexinformation into clear actionable insights.
Oversee theadministration and tracking of project/program financesincluding
cost and benefits realization to ensurealignment with objectives.
Serve as the Subject MatterExpert (SME) on contractual obligations between the
DTOand various partners (vendors) leveraging negotiation skills tooptimize
agreements.
Provide expert guidanceand support in the development of Power App and
Power BIsolutions driving innovation and efficiency.
Utilizenegotiation skills to achieve favourable outcomes in variousbusiness
interactions.
Act as a centralcoordinator within the PMO framework facilitatingseamless
collaboration among a diverse cohort ofresources spanning multiple geographic
locations.
Foster a culture of high performancediversity and inclusivity within the project
teamactively encouraging and embracing diverse perspectives.
Facilitate raising the bar on team member performance processexcellence
program or portfolio management results andpractices RequiredQualifications A Bachelors' degreeis required. Master of Business Administration (MBA)
masters degree is preferred.
Minimum of 5 yearsexperience in project management or PMO as well as
Supply Chain Digital IT or other relevant functionalexperience
Knowledge and handson experience in PMOoperations and project and
program management methodsand tools including Agile/SCRUM
Knowledge and experienceof working in digital supply chain.
Great contentcreation and power point skills
Good understanding ofthe digital landscape and digital transformationconcepts
Familiarity with implementation of largecrossfunctional projects
Good understanding ofstakeholder management and all areas of project
management
Highly proactive must be a highly motivatedprofessional with a strong
willingness to think outsideof the box.
Great interpersonal communication andcollaboration skills
Strategic mindset and criticalthinking
Must be comfortable with constructivelychallenging the status quo and look
for new ways ofimproving processes and results.
Good analytical andproblemsolving skills with the ability to understand
business and technical functions process information quickly andassess impacts
