Asthe Associate Technical Account Manager you will be workingalongside our technical account managers and will assist withactivities throughout the project implementation lifecycleincluding requirements configuration testing SIT UAT launch andpost implementation support. We are seeking an individual withstrong technical experience good communication and customermanagement skills and experience with any programming languagewithin the confines of a business application Understand customerrequirements and develop code or configurations to meet customerneeds. Work with internal product teams to understand productcapabilities technical features and functions. Troubleshoot andprovide resolution of problems test system and software performancethroughout the completion of the developmentcycle.
WhatCore Skills You Need to Succeed in ThisRoleTo excel in this role youshould have:
  • 2 to 4 years ofprogramming experience in major platforms such as Python orJava
  • Strong experience with RDBMS preferablyOracle and proficiency in SQL
  • Experience withShell Scripts and Python in a Unix/Linuxenvironment
  • Familiarity with REST APIintegration and JSON
  • Exposure to ETL toolspreferably Pervasive and softwaredesign
  • Excellent problemsolving skills andproficiency in shell scripting
  • Strong verbaland written communication skills
  • Selfawarenessmotivation coachability and ability to work effectively in ateam
