Objective Provide exceptionalcustomer service and support address customer inquiries resolveissues promptly and exceed service expectations while representingthe companys brandeffectively.

- Maintains quality service byestablishing and enforcing organizationstandards.
- Attention to detail andproblemsolving abilities.
- Maintainsrelationships with clients by providing support information andguidance.
- Proficiency in using CRMsoftware and other customer supporttools
- Maintains professional andtechnical knowledge by attendingtraining.
- Provide software training to ourclients from time totime.
Knowledge
- Must understand themarket they are operating in.
- Must have indepthproduct knowledge and the benefits it offers tocustomers.
- Should have a good understanding ofthe Organizations policies and processes related tocustomers.
- Should have good knowledge of MSOffice and other similar productivitytools
- Should have a fair understanding of thetechnologylandscape.
Skills& Qualifications
- Candidate must beGraduate or Postgraduate (preference to commerce graduate with goodacademic and working knowledge ofTally.ERP9)
- Prior experience in customerservice or a related field ispreferred.
- Ability to remain calm andprofessional in challenging situations.
- Goodcommunication skills (Hindi and English)
- Gooddecisionmaking skills
