  • Establish followup and feedbackloop with client and head office.
  • Liaise withhead office factory and international clients to establishefficient communication and
  • workflow.
  • Develop andmaintain customer database and salesdatabase.
  • Facilitate tea tasting sessions forinternational buyers and enthusiasts.
  • Trackfactory & head office stock of teainventory

  • Demonstrated abilityto communicate present and influence credibly and effectively atall levels of the organization
  • Experience indelivering clientfocused solutions based on customerneeds
  • Excellent listening and negotiationskills
