Job Overview
Gamut HR Solutions is looking for an Institutional Sales Manager to join our team. As the Institutional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our HR solutions to institutional clients. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of proven experience in institutional sales.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Experience in the HR industry or knowledge of HR solutions is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals and targets.
- Identify and pursue potential institutional clients and leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients and key decision-makers.
- Present and demonstrate our HR solutions to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services to clients.
- Keep abreast of market trends and competitors' activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to the management team.
