Job Overview

Gamut HR Solutions is a leading provider of HR solutions, dedicated to connecting employers and job seekers. We are seeking an experienced Institutional Sales Manager to join our team in Hyderabad, India.

This is a full-time position requiring 1-3 years of experience in sales, with a focus on promoting and selling our HR solutions to institutional clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and negotiation skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals and targets.
  • Identify and pursue potential institutional clients and leads.
  • Promote and demonstrate our HR solutions to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services to clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in institutional sales (1-3 years).
  • Strong leadership and negotiation abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.

Salary: ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience.
