Job Description:
Business Expansion:
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities within the assigned region.
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, social selling and organising events, to generate leads and schedule meetings with potential partner institutions.
- Conceptualise and execute joint GTM with local partners.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities, tracking progress through the sales cycle using CRM software.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of the SaaS solution and address customer needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives to drive awareness and engagement with prospective partner institutions.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of agreement with partner institutions, ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability targets.
- Work closely with the implementation and customer success teams to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new partner institutions.
Account Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing partner institutions, building and nurturing strong relationships to drive retention and upsell opportunities.
- Conduct regular check-ins with partner institutions to understand their evolving needs, challenges, and goals, and proactively offer solutions and support.
- Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure partner institutions are maximizing the value of the SaaS solution and achieving their desired outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing partner institutions, driving revenue growth and expansion within accounts.
- Monitor client satisfaction and engagement metrics, taking proactive measures to address any issues or concerns and drive overall satisfaction.
