Key Responsibilities: •Achievement of the Budgeted Objectives for the Sub-region, including sales, collection, and operational profitability through effective management of the Sub-region Team (Sales, AS, FSE) and all other available resources. Accurate sales forecast by period based on a strong understanding of the pipeline. •Timely payment from all customers and control of DSO to meet Objectives for the year. •Management and development of the Sub-regional Team to ensure adequate knowledge, skills, and motivation. Drive operational excellence coaching and guiding the Team in achieving this. Follow all company processes and policies and optimize all resources. •Use Impact as a tool to lead the Team in planning, scheduling and implementing of actions to •Achieve the Objectives set. Maximize the Team’s coverage of Regional customers and prospects; guide and analyze sales efforts for the Team. •Develop a deep understanding of the market, customers, and competition sharing this with the •Develop strong and professional customer relationships: work as a partner to customers to help them adopt and realize the full potential of our solutions. Be an Ambassador for the Company. Job Description : People Management •Adopt inclusive hiring practices by aligning job descriptions and requirements. Build cohesive, values-aligned teams. •Mentor team members, identify skill gaps, and offer professional development opportunities. •Conduct regular performance evaluations and give feedback. •Recognize high performers and address underperformance. Periodic Reviews •Utilize available tools and resources to generate regular reports and discuss dashboards like sales performance, market trends, operational efficiency, etc to drive business strategy within the region. •Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. •Present findings and recommendations to senior management. •Sales Strategy & Execution: •Plan, schedule, and execute actions to meet objectives, optimizing team coverage and focusing on key accounts within the sub-region. Provide guidance and analyze the team's sales efforts. Ensure the achievement of target objectives for the sub-region, including sales, collections, and operational profitability, through effective coordination with State Teams (Sales, FAS, & FSE) and other available resources." •Develop a deep understanding of the market, Accounts, and competition sharing this with the reporting manager and marketing team. •Identifying and implementing strategies to increase the company's profit. This can include increasing revenue, product mix, cross-selling, and improving operational and placement efficiency. •Take the lead in all new product introductions in collaboration with cross-functional team. Additional Responsibilities: •Be fully aware of and stringently follow all Company Policies, principles and SOPs and ensure that all Team members also do the same. Recommend desired changes to such SOPs and procedures as and when considered necessary to the process owners. •Optimally manage the Team’s expenses. Adequate scrutiny and prompt approvals of expenses to be undertaken. Where required and in case of detection of any anomaly the matter should be immediately brought to the notice of the Team member for corrective action. •Network with healthcare professionals in the Region and lobby to increase bio Merieux visibility. Identify and develop KOLs within the region and work to conduct effective CME programs. •Systematically ensure that complete documentation is done and maintain all records of official correspondence and documentation including proposals, customer pricelists, and reports, in the local office. •Represent the Company at various seminars and conferences, as and when required, and effectively handle PR at such gatherings to enhance the Brand. •Ensure ethical and compliant behavior at all times of self and Team members.
