As an Institutional Sales Executive at Acumen Connect, you will have the opportunity to utilize your expertise in English proficiency, problem-solving, market analysis, and Google Workspace to drive sales and expand our client base. You will play a crucial role in identifying and establishing relationships with institutional clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Your strong communication skills, both verbal and written, will be vital in presenting our services and negotiating deals effectively. Your analytical mindset will be essential in conducting market research, identifying trends, and strategizing on how to position our products within the industry. Your proficiency in Google Workspace will enable you to efficiently manage client relationships, track sales activities, and collaborate with internal teams. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth through proactive sales initiatives and superior customer service.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. Identify and engage with potential institutional clients to understand their needs and establish relationships.

2. Present and promote our products and services to key decision-makers, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.

3. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and develop sales strategies.

4. Utilize Google Workspace tools to manage client communications, track sales progress, and collaborate with internal teams.

5. Negotiate and close deals with institutional clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached.

6. Provide ongoing support and follow-up to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.

**Must haves**:

- 0-3 years of work experience in business development/sales
- Written Communication Skills: - Shows thoroughness and accuracy in communicating or documenting information in a written format
- Any graduate degree

**Interpersonal and Sales skills**:

- ability to build one-to-one relationships; and efficiently share information in small group situations.
- Talks with the customer, creating a team feeling of working together, versus directing a speech at the customer
- Works hard at being responsive to any hint of concern or complaint that could keep others from coming to an agreement
- Sensitive to the customer's circumstances and response, adjusting the communication of information or ideas to accommodate their need to know or level of understanding
- Disciplined in their follow through and consistently track key indicators to become aware of problems before they become an issue for the customer.
- Concentrates full energy and attention on systematically accomplishing key tasks
- Consistently meets or exceeds sales targets by enhancing product or service sales with personal advice or counsel; positions himself as an expert, attracting interest in the products or services he provides by combining sales with the delivery of consulting services; willing to put himself on the line with his recommendations; builds his reputation as a consultant, providing intellectual property as a key benefit
- Targets and Milestones: Consistently meets or exceeds sales targets by personally controlling the critical aspects of the sales and delivery processes; systematically works each account plan and anticipates problems in order to work around them.
- Strategy: Shares the organization’s vision and develops the mindset and processes to accomplish appropriate strategic objectives. Embraces change and growth as dictated by the vision for the long-term success of the organization
- Team Orientation - Works collaboratively in a group effort to effectively accomplish a goal or task
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and Google tools.

**Good to have**:

- Prior experience in Education/Services Sales; and engaging and negotiating with Faculty and Management of undergraduate and postgraduate colleges in any format.
- A dedicated smart worker who responds timely to customers and exhibits strong sales etiquette & ethics.
- An interest in product development
- Advanced Microsoft Excel/ Google Sheets Skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

- Yearly bonus
