Job Title: Area Sales Manager Experience: 4-5 Years Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to drive B2 B sales within the specified region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development and client relationship management, particularly within the Builder & Developer Sales sector. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through targeted outreach, market analysis, and strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities Actively Approach Targeted B2 B Clients: Identify and engage potential business clients through various channels, including telephone, email, social networks, and industry event Lead Generation: Consistently search for new client leads and develop a strong sales pipelines Client Relationship Management: Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and foster long-term partnership Revenue Ownership: Take full ownership of revenue numbers from Builder & Developer Sales and drive growth through institutional partnership Market Research: Conduct thorough market research, including competitor analysis, to optimize sales strategies and identify new business opportunities Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to devise and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goal Performance Monitoring: Track and report on sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded Qualifications : Education: MBA or equivalent higher-level education is preferred Experience: 4-5 years of proven experience in B2 B sales is mandatory Communication Skills: Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to drive sales, maintain enthusiasm, and stay motivated in a competitive environment Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Builder & Developer Sales sector, institutional partnerships, and market dynamic Client-Centric Approach: Ability to build and sustain meaningful client relationships through excellent interpersonal skill About Mygate: Sparked by the idea that technology can make security more effective, Mygate began its journey in early 2016.
