What You'll Do:
Channel Strategy and Market Analysis:
- Develop and implement channel sales strategies to achieve business goals for Pan India and global markets.
- Identify and evaluate potential channel partners to expand market reach.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the channel sales market for both domestic and international markets.
- Analyze competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead.
- Collaborate with senior management to align channel strategies with overall sales objectives.
- Develop and implement channel sales strategies to achieve business goals for Pan India and global markets.
Partner Management and Sales Growth:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.

- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive approach to channel sales.

Who You Are:
Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of work experience in channel sales management, preferably in the technology or education sector.
- Strong understanding of channel sales processes and strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
