About the Role

This position is responsible for successfully managing and expanding the business for the specified territory. Key responsibilities include managing indirect sales to customers through channels, growing existing channel partners, and appointing new channel partners. Additionally, the role involves secondary sales generation by providing SEE's solution to end customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintaining and growing existing channel sales through channel partners.
  2. Ensuring accurate forecasts for channel sales and timely collection of outstanding amounts from channel partners.
  3. Business development through existing channel sales and support in trials and product introductions to the market through channels.
  4. Growing channel partners by ensuring adequate representation of Sealed Air through channel partners in the specified territory.
  5. Enhancing market coverage and exclusive channel appointments.
  6. Implementing business hygiene by monitoring secondary and primary sales of channel partners.
  7. Coordinating business performance by reviewing sales and forecasts with RSM and Channel Head.
Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of a full-time graduate degree from a reputable university. Preference will be given to candidates with a BE degree, although an MBA is not a prerequisite. The candidate should have 3-6 years of experience in sales and marketing operations, with demonstrated skills in handling large accounts and territories. Additionally, the candidate should be energetic, entrepreneurial, and hardworking, with a willingness to go the extra mile to add value to the business.
