About the Role:

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth in the West India region. Your primary focus will be on managing and supporting assigned strategic, key, or vertical accounts, ensuring the fulfillment of sales targets and strategic objectives. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales enablement, marketing, and channel partners, to develop and execute account strategies that drive mutual growth and expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the management and support of assigned strategic, key, or vertical accounts in West India, maximizing business opportunities and ensuring the fulfillment of sales targets and strategic objectives.
• Identify and acquire new potential key accounts, balancing efforts between nurturing existing strategic accounts and approaching new prospects.
• Develop and execute strategies to win new business, focusing on expanding the customer base in West India.
• Build and manage a strong partner ecosystem in West India, fostering relationships with channel partners to drive mutual growth.
• Maintain high standards of sales hygiene, including rigorous pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and comprehensive account and territory planning.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in sales, particularly in account management, acquisition, and partner management within the networking or technology sector.
• Strong understanding of the West India market, with experience in building and managing partner ecosystems.
• Excellent strategic planning, forecasting, and pipeline management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and present complex business cases to senior management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and partners.
