Job Title: Channel Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Sales Manager to join our team at Chemmanur International Holidays And Resorts Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our channel partners, driving sales growth, and ensuring the successful execution of our sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth through our channel partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key personnel at our channel partner organizations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement plans to address sales performance gaps.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and building strong relationships with channel partners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
