Summary

Responsible for formulating customer centric businessstrategies to ensure strategic utilization and deploymentof
resources to achieve organizationalobjectives
Chart out sales & marketing strategiesfor the respective territory contributing towards enhancingbusiness volumes &
growth to achieveprofitability
Demonstrate excellence by implementingsales & marketing operation initiatives that creates positiveexperience for clients
Identifying and meeting with keyinfluencers fabricators architects contractors and builders topresent them with
solutions
Secure high valueaccounts through consultative selling
Developrelationship maturity with existing key accounts by continuouslyproposing solutions that meet the objectives of
theparty
Actively involve in event marketing sales andbrand promotion
Sales forecasting and KRA developmentfor daily monthly and yearly sales target accomplishment
Develop and sustain positive work environment that fosters teamperformance with excellent communication negotiation
analytical and relationship management skills.

ClientSatisfaction & Retention: Ensure utmost satisfaction andretention of clients
Sales: Meet or exceed sales targetsby delivering value and aligning offerings

Proven experience as Key Accounts Manager or experience in ProjectSales
Knowledge on client requirements product offerings& market segments
Strong communication andinterpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships withprofessionals of all organizational levels
Ability inproblemsolving and negotiation

Activities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with keyclients understanding their business objectives and aligning themwith our solutions
Act as a customer advocate within theorganization ensuring client feedback is heard and acted upon tocontinuously enhance service
Address any concerns orconflicts raised by key clients promptly and professionallystriving to reach winwin resolutions
Stay abreast ofindustry trends competitors and market dynamics providing clientswith valuable insights and positioning them for success
Collaborate with internal teams including product development andmarketing to deliver seamless service and solutions to keyaccounts

Qualification

BE/BTech with MBA would be preferred however individualswith good sales experience of 36 years in Institutional/Project/Solution
