Overview:The KeyAccount Manager plays a pivotal role in our organization overseeingthe longterm relationships with a portfolio of key clients. Thisposition is crucial for driving revenue growth ensuring clientsatisfaction and identifying new businessopportunities.

KeyResponsibilities:
  • Develop andmaintain strong relationships with keyclients
  • Understand the clients businessstrategies and objectives
  • Collaborate withinternal teams to meet clients needs
  • Negotiatecontracts and close agreements to maximizeprofits
  • Forecast and track key accountmetrics
  • Identify and pursue new businessopportunities
  • Prepare reports on accountstatus
  • Resolve issues and handle complaints ina timely manner
  • Stay uptodate with industrytrends and best practices
  • Conduct businessreviews to ensure clients satisfaction
  • Manageand lead a team of account executives
  • Set andtrack sales account targets
  • Participate inexhibitions conferences and events
  • Drivecontinuous improvement within the key account managementprocess
  • Ensure timely delivery of products andservices
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration or a relatedfield
  • Proven experience as a Key AccountManager
  • Demonstrable track record of meetingand exceeding targets
  • Strong communication andinterpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation andnetworking abilities
  • Ability to manage multipleprojects while paying strict attention todetail
  • Proficient in CRM software and MSOffice
  • Strategic thinking and problemsolvingskills
  • Solid understanding of sales performancemetrics
  • Ability to build and maintain lastingrelationships with clients
  • Indepth knowledge ofmarket research and salesforecasting
  • Leadership skills with aresultsdriven approach
  • Flexibility to travel asneeded
  • Proven ability to manage ateam
  • Relevant industry experience is aplus
