Overview: The SEOManager plays a critical role in driving organic traffic andimproving search engine rankings for our organization ensuring ouronline presence is optimized for maximum visibility. As an integralpart of our digital marketing team the SEO Manager is responsiblefor developing and executing SEO strategies analyzing websiteperformance and staying current with search engine algorithmupdates to maximize our online reach andengagement.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Develop andimplement successful SEO strategies to enhance organic traffic andimprove search rankings
  • Conduct keywordresearch and analysis to guide contentoptimization
  • Monitor and report on websiteperformance search engine rankings and trafficmetrics
  • Optimize website content and structurefor improved discoverability and userexperience
  • Collaborate with content creators toensure SEO best practices are integrated into contentdevelopment
  • Stay updated on search enginealgorithm changes and industry bestpractices
  • Manage and optimize website technicalaspects for SEO performance
  • Conduct regular SEOaudits to identify areas forimprovement
  • Utilize analytics tools to trackSEO performance and identify opportunities foroptimization
  • Provide recommendations andimplement changes to improve website SEOperformance
  • Develop linkbuilding strategies toimprove website authority and visibility
  • Staycurrent with SEO trends and developments to ensure best practicesare implemented
  • Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to align SEO strategies with overallmarketing goals
  • Generate regular reports andinsights on SEO performance and impact on businessgoals
  • Monitor and analyze competitor SEOstrategies and industrytrends
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inMarketing Communications or relatedfield
  • Proven experience as an SEO Manager or ina similar role
  • Demonstrable track record ofimproving search engine rankings and increasing organictraffic
  • Proficiency in SEO tools and analyticsplatforms such as Google Analytics SEMrush Moz Ahrefsetc.
  • Strong understanding of search enginealgorithms and ranking factors
  • Excellentanalytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drawactionable insights
  • Experience with websiteoptimization and content managementsystems
  • Familiarity with HTML CSS andJavaScript as they relate to SEO
  • Ability towork effectively in a fastpaced dynamicenvironment
  • Exceptional communication andinterpersonal skills
  • Detailoriented with strongproject management abilities
  • Proven ability tocollaborate with crossfunctional teams andstakeholders
  • Uptodate with the latest trendsand best practices in SEO and digitalmarketing
  • Certifications in SEO and digitalmarketing are a plus
  • Experience in ecommerceSEO isadvantageous
