Overview:The KeyAccount Manager plays a critical role in our organization as theyare responsible for managing and nurturing longterm relationshipswith our key clients. They serve as the main point of contact forthese clients ensuring their satisfaction and identifying newopportunities to grow thebusiness.
KeyResponsibilities:
  • Develop andmaintain strong relationships with keyclients
  • Understand client needs and developcustomized solutions
  • Reach sales targets andensure client satisfaction
  • Collaborate withinternal teams to meet client needs
  • Identifyopportunities for upselling orcrossselling
  • Monitor market trends andcompetitors activities
  • Prepare reports onaccount status
  • Resolve client issues and manageescalations
  • Develop strategic accountplans
  • Ensure timely delivery ofproducts/services
  • Negotiate contracts andagreements
  • Attend industry events andconferences
  • Forecast and track key accountmetrics
  • Provide feedback to the internal teamsfor improvements
  • Stay updated on industrydevelopments
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree inBusiness Administration or relevantfield
  • Proven work experience as a Key AccountManager
  • Demonstrated sales and negotiationskills
  • Strong communication and interpersonalabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projectsand clients simultaneously
  • Strategic thinkerwith excellent problemsolvingabilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software andMicrosoft Office
  • Ability to work independentlyand as part of a team
  • Analytical andorganizational skills
  • Understanding of salesperformance metrics
  • Ability to travel asneeded
  • Excellent presentation and reportingskills
  • Strong business acumen and marketknowledge
  • Creative and innovative mindset forclient solutions
  • Proven track record of meetingand exceeding salestargets
