ROLE ANDRESPONSIBILITIES: KeyResponsibilities:
1. AccountManagement:
Build and maintain strong longlastingrelationships with key accounts.
Develop a deepunderstanding of the accounts business objectives challenges andopportunities.
Act as the main point of contact for keyaccounts addressing their needs and inquiries in a timelymanner.
2. Sales and RevenueGrowth:
Develop and execute strategies to drive salesand maximize revenue from key accounts.
Identifyopportunities for upselling and crossselling
Monitorsales performance analyze data and identify areas forimprovement.
3. StrategicPlanning:
Collaborate with internal teams to developaccountspecific strategies aligned
Provide insights andfeedback to contribute to the development of new products andservices tailored to key accounts needs.
4.Negotiation and Contracts:
Negotiate pricing contractsand terms with key accounts to ensure mutual benefit.
Ensure all agreements and contracts comply with company policiesand legal requirements.
5. Market Analysisand Competitive Intelligence:
Monitor market trendscompetitor activities and industry developments relevant to keyaccounts.
Utilize market insights to identify growthopportunities and potential risks.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a relatedfield. MBA preferred.
Proven experience in key accountmanagement preferably in the ecommerce or retailindustry.
Strong negotiation and communicationskills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyzedata and make datadriven decisions.
Excellentinterpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clientsand internal stakeholders.
Resultsoriented mindset witha track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and managemultiple priorities effectively
